Recipe: Self-Made Hair Rinse For Oily Hair

It doesn´t need to be a shampoo to remove all the toxins after exercising. You need just a few natural ingredients that smoothly remove the toxins and build-ups from your scalp.

Recipe # 1: Lemon Rinse



Ingredients:

One organic lemon (with peel)

1/2 cup purified water

How to prepare:

Blend all ingredients for 90 seconds. Use a nut milk bag/cheesecloth to filter the pulp from the lemon.

How to use:

Pour the Lemon Rinse into a bottle with a spray dispenser and spray it on to your scalp. Let the lemon rinse on your scalp for about 2 to 3 minutes and massage your scalp thoroughly. Rinse your scalp with purified water.

You can use this rinse two times a week.

Recipe # 2: Aloe Vera Rinse


Ingredients:

2 inches of fresh aloe vera

1/2 cup purified water

How to prepare:

Blend all ingredients for 90 seconds.

How to use:

Pour the Aloe Vera Rinse into a bottle with a dispenser and massage the rinse on to your scalp. Let the aloe vera rinse on your scalp for about 2 to 5 minutes and thoroughly massage your scalp. Rinse your scalp with purified water.

You can use this rinse every day.
